Reliable landlords - Accredited Landlords
Accredited Landlords is a voluntary scheme for landlords. Landlords sign an agreement (agreeing to a code of standards with your local authority) that requires them to provide safe and decent homes and manage their tenancies lawfully, protecting your rights and responsibilities as well as theirs.
Choosing to become a tenant of an accredited landlord ensures that your tenancy will meet the code of standards, where as other landlords may not meet all of these standards.
