Let NCC, a Private Sector Leasing Scheme, offers landlords a simple way of renting their property by leasing it through Norwich City Council for a period of up to five years. This is subject to a one year minimum agreement, during which the lease cannot be terminated.
Norwich City Council then offers these properties to people in housing need and takes responsibility for management issues whilst maintaining a good working relationship with landlords.
