Decent Homes Loan
This loan is an interest-free loan to enable homeowners who are in receipt of one or more of the benefits at the bottom of the page, to bring their property to the ‘decent homes standard’.
You can receive up to a £25,000 interest-free loan that that does not need to be repaid until the property is sold or transferred to another owner.

Minor Works Grant
This grant is for home owners in receipt of one or more of the benefits at the bottom of the page and is for small scale repairs and improvements; such as small ‘emergency’ repairs, home security and adaptation to enable someone to return from hospital.
You can receive up to £1,500 in any 12 month period, not repayable.

Warm Front Grant
This grant is funded by the government (DEFRA) and is for home owners in receipt of one or more of the benefits at the bottom of the page to improve heating and insulation within the home.
You can receive up to £2,700 towards insulation and heating improvements (up to £4,000 for oil central heating).

Warm Homes Grant
This grant is our joint scheme with E.ON to reduce energy bills and keep homes warm and healthy by such methods as the installation of cavity wall and loft insulation.
If you are a home owner over 70 and in receipt of one or more benefits at the bottom of the page, you should be eligible for a full grant (100%) covering the cost of the works. If you are not over 70 years of age or receiving a qualifying benefit then you will still be eligible for a partial grant towards the cost of insulation measures, this typically covers between 40-60% of the cost.

Warm Lets Grant
The grant is for private sector landlord that are part of the accredited landlord scheme and would like to improve the energy efficiency of their property through insulation, double glazing and heating improvements.
If you are an Accredited Landlord you could qualify for £6,000 per property to impove energy efficiency.
