LEAP Scheme
If you are unemployed, single and homeless Norwich City Council’s Learning, Employment and Accommodation Project (LEAP) may be able to help you make a fresh start.
With links to a number of organisations, they can help you find the training and support you need to learn new skills, gain employment and sustain a tenancy.
If you are accepted onto the scheme, one of our officers will help you start a tenancy in the private rented sector. They will also help develop a training programme and provide ongoing support to help you manage your tenancy effectively
