Greater Norwich Housing Partnership (GNHP)
This site is brought to you by GNHP, which is made up of social housing providers, statutory & voluntary agencies and the three local authorities within Greater Norwich - Norwich City Council, Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council.
The partnership also consists of the Eastern Landlord Association who are an organisation run by landlords for the benefit of landlords - they help and advise the councils on private rented sector issues.

“We decided to set up this website as a number of landlords, letting agents and tenants within the area had told us that it was difficult to interpret housing law, particularly their rights and responsibilities. They wanted a quick and simple information portal that provided them with the help and guidance that could apply to them in everyday private rented life.
